Trauma Scene Cleanup in a Houston High rise

SERVPRO of River Oaks was called in to clean up a condo unit in a Houston high rise from where the tenant had an incident in the bathroom. SERVPRO of River Oaks has been trained in Trauma Scene Cleanup, using approved bloodborne pathogen cleanup procedures. The after picture shows where the blood has been successfully removed from the ceramic tile and grout. Not all cleanups involve blood on ceramic tiles. This cleanup involved multiple rooms and multiple surfaces, some of which were porous, and required total removal. Several walls were affected and we were able to successfully remove contamination. Our client was pleased that we were able to make it "Like it never even happened."
