Water Damaged home in Missouri City, TX

This water damaged home in Missouri City, TX was the result of a broken pipe in the master bathroom ceiling. The pipe snapped during a hard freeze and flooded the entire home. The home owner was out of the country when this occurred and the HVAC was turned off. When our technicians arrived there was microbial growth present, and the ceiing had already caved in.

In the after picture you see the closet has been stripped of all affected material and the studs have been cleaned and sanitized.

Our customer was very happy to know her house was taken care while she was trying to find a flight back home.
