Water Damage to Bank in Fort Bend County, TX

This bank suffered from a slow leak behind a sink. The staff noticed the damage when they were pulling supplies from a room that backed up to the bathroom. SERVPRO of River Oaks was called out to mitigate the loss and were under the impression it was just a tiny closet affected. After performing a moisture inspection of all areas near the affected closet our technicians found two bathrooms and another hallway affected. Because this was a slow leak there was visible signs of growth behind the baseboards.

The crews were able to remediate the growth and begin the dry out of the affected materials. The customer was very impressed with the inspection our crews performed and  how we were able to pin point the leak and stop further damage to the building.
