Pipe Burst in Missouri City, TX

This home in Missouri City, TX was damaged during a hard freeze. A pipe in the Master Bathroom ceiling bursts while the owner was out of the country and flooded the entire house. To make things worse the HVAC was turned off and caused the humidity to rise and cause secondary damage throughout the house.

When are technicians arrived they noticed microbial growth throughout the entire bathroom. We removed all the affected materials, cleaned,sanitized, and dried out all the studs.

In the after picture you see where all the materials were removed, and the studs were cleaned and sanitized.

Our customer was very distraught not being able to see her home and not being able to get a flight back home to assist during this claim. She returned a few weeks later and was upset with the damage the water had caused to her home and all the contents inside.
