Mold Remediation in Memorial Villages in Houston, TX

This home was the result of a kitchen sink leak that was left unattended too for a long period of time. SERVPRO of River Oaks was called out to remediate the loss and clear the house of all mold. This house was going to be put up for sell as soon as the house gained clearance from an air quality test.

In the after picture you can see that the drywall was removed and studs were being cleaned. The next step was to go around and remove the kitchen cabinets and clean those areas as well.

It was a long process , but at the end of it all our customer was happy to get back the passing results and move on to putting the house on the market.
